Altigen Communications, Inc. Spotlights Partnership with Gracon Services, Inc. (GSI) to Address Growing Teams Telephony Market
Milpitas, CA – 5/2/2023 – Altigen Communications, Inc. (OTCQB: ATGN), a Silicon Valley-based cloud solutions provider for the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and our Customer Engagement as a Service (CEaaS) markets, would like to spotlighight its partnership with Gracon Services, Inc. (GSI), a technology solutions company that provides onsite and remote technical support throughout the Midwest.
Gracon has been in operation for over forty years and has seen significant growth in the Microsoft Teams Voice market. As a result, GSI required a vendor that could support a government GCC Microsoft Teams UCaaS system.
