A Legacy of Innovation and Excellence

For over two decades, Altigen Technologies has been a pioneer in business communication solutions. We were among the first to launch a software-based communications platform that revolutionized how businesses communicate. Our innovation continued by creating the first unified communications app for smart phones, both Apple and Android. And we delivered the first integrated contact center solution for Microsoft OCS, which later evolved into Skype for Business, Lync, and Microsoft Teams.

As technology shifted from on-premises to cloud-based solutions, we adapted by developing cloud-native versions of our previous products which led to the introduction of cloud-based Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions integrated with our SIP phone service. By offering standalone solutions as well as solutions that are fully integrated with Microsoft Teams, we give our customers the flexibility to choose the best option for their business needs.

An example of our constant innovation and growth, we partner with Fiserv, the global leader in financial services technology solutions, to offer solutions and services to financial institutions. These include customer self-service, unified communications and contact center solutions all powered by Altigen. We are also working with Fiserv to launch new AI-based solutions that allow secure phone access to customer accounts and a comprehensive conversational AI platform that enhances customer service for Fiserv’s financial services customers.

Continuing the Legacy

In 2022, we acquired ZAACT Consulting to improve our ability to offer customized solutions and fully custom application development services. We started with cloud migrations, custom development and staff augmentation services, and then added AI development and IT managed services to our ZAACT offerings as part of Altigen Technology Consulting services. We recognize that every business has unique needs, and we are proud of our ability to provide comprehensive solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our goal is not only to solve immediate business problems but also to create a strong foundation for the long-term success of our customers.

We’re Just Getting Started

Based in Silicon Valley, Altigen Technologies has more than 60 employees across five countries and three continents, including 24×7 global support operations. Our solution set has expanded from developing IP PBX phone systems to offering full Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), AI Customer Self Service and Technology Consulting Services.

After more than 25 years in business, we are just getting started. Our plans going forward include incorporating AI into all aspects of our business. Our goal is to provide next generation solutions and services to drive digital transformation for our customers, supplementing that with 24×7 service and support.
