A Complete Cloud-based IP PBX

When Elite Marketing began to evaluate new business phone systems, a “must have” requirement was a cloud-based solution able to deliver on all of the capabilities to support their business – now and in the future.

AltiGen’s MaxCS Private Cloud met all of the key functional and business requirements. The MaxCS multi-level auto attendant enables customer calls to be routed to the right people – right away. The PC phone client allows employees to see all caller information, prioritize calls, and even set automated personal call handling rules to improve customer service. And the mobility features enable customers to contact employees regardless of their location.

Real Time Communications is Critical

Having employees in multiple offices and working with as many as 5,000 insurance agents in a given year, communications is critical to the success of Elite Marketing’s business. While missed calls can lead to missed business, connected calls help build business relationships.

“The relationship between a BGA and an agent is much more important than simply being able to get business from an agent via a website,” according to Archer. “We realize that working one on one with agents is the best scenario for our business.”

Lower Total Cost of Ownership

Part of Elite Marketing’s evaluation criteria for a new business communications solution was to minimize both their upfront capital expenditure and total cost of ownership. Elite Marketing wanted to avoid the “old model” of purchasing a business phone system, paying for annual maintenance contracts and further needing to pay for system upgrades every few years. Elite Marketing was also looking to reduce their monthly cost of telecommunications service.

In addition to a the appeal of AltiGen’s Max CS system, Elite Marketing need a solution provider who would be able to not only support the system but deliver added value. Elite Marketing also chose to use AltiGen’s VoIP-based SIP trunks as an alternative to its long-time phone service provider. With AltiGen SIP trunksm Elite Marketing no longer has to pay a premium for long distance calls nor for calls between its offices.
