Altigen Acquires Workspace Communications Cloud
Customer Base

On August 6, 2019 Altigen announced that it acquired the cloud customer base of WorkSpace Communications, a leading cloud provider of Microsoft Unified Communications and Modern Workplace solutions. Key WorkSpace sales and technical personnel will also be joining the Altigen team.

Based in the Midwest, WorkSpace Communications has been delivering a suite of hosted Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies which include Unified Communications and Collaboration, Office 365, Teams and integrated cloud-based Contact Center solutions.

Altigen Communications is a Silicon Valley based Microsoft ISV and Cloud Solutions provider delivering Hosted Microsoft Unified Communications and Modern Workplace solutions, including its integrated call routing and queuing applications, integrated omni-channel contact center solution and SIP trunk services for both Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams Phone System.

WorkSpace customers will have the option to migrate to Altigen’s Hosted Skype for Business platform or Microsoft Team Phone System based on their individual business requirements.
