Customizable, Geographically Redundant Contact Center Solution
Clear Harbor looked to AltiGen to provide a highly customizable, all software based platform they could self-administer. After operating several years on a traditional ACD and trialing several cloud solutions, Clear Harbor chose AltiGen as its core voice platform. With 200+ implementation of an all software, geographically redundant system for their contact center as a service was the focus.
“I was already very familiar with AltiGen prior to coming to Clear Harbor,” said Warren Smay, Vice President of IT. “My previous experiences with AltiGen convinced me that it was the Swiss Army knife of voice platforms, and ideal for our nearshoring operations. For Clear Harbor to differentiate its services while also operating a resilient and easy-to-manage system, we needed the unique combination of features that AltiGen provides.”
The specific features Clear Harbor embraced in the solution were:
- Ability to host in a redundant environment
- Ability to customize the product themselves using our software developers kit
- Self-administration of the product
- Great value vs. cost through bundled licensing
- Quick scalability as customers are added
