Microsoft Phone System enables Skype for Business communications features directly within Office 365, simply by adding the appropriate Microsoft Phone System, Audio Conferencing and Calling Plan licenses. Click here to learn more about licensing options.

Phone System provides fully integrated PBX and Unified Communications capabilities using the Skype for Business client in Office 365. This provides a far better experience for Office 365 users compared to other hosted PBX systems on the market, as 3rd party vendors require their customers to use a proprietary desktop application instead of the Skype for Business application already included with Office 365.

Customers not yet ready to move fully to Phone System also have the option of a phased migration in which Phone System is federated with Skype for Business (hosted by Altigen or deployed on premises).  Whether your company is ready to make the move to Phone System, or need to deploy in a hybrid environment, Altigen’s managed services team provides the expertise and resources to help you achieve your deployment objectives.

SIP Trunk Options for Phone System

Microsoft offers several Calling Plans for Phone System customers. Optionally, customers can chose to deploy Altigen’s SIP trunk service with Phone System using Cloud Connector Edition. The Altigen team can consult with you to recommend the best option for your company.
