Chief Executive Officer
With over 25 years of experience in the software and communications industry. Jeremiah has a strong background in sales, marketing, business development. He has a B.A. and M.B.A degrees from the University of Missouri.
Chief Finance Officer
Carolyn is the Executive Chief Financial Officer at Altigen. As Altigen’s financial leader, Carolyn's primary role is overseeing the management of the company’s finances and financial activity including financial planning, reporting, compliance/auditing, and ensuring support for the corporate strategy.
Chief Operating Officer
Trent joined Altigen with the acquisition of ZAACT Consulting where he held the roles of President & COO. He brings 15 years of Operational and Financial Management experience and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Utah.
Chief Product and Innovation Officer
Mark is a technology pioneer and came to Altigen via acquisition. In his role as CEO of Blue Panda Communications, where he was responsible for the global launch of a first-of-its-kind Contact Center designed around Unified Communications. Mark has nearly 25 years of experience working with innovative technology solutions.
Chief Technical Officer
Chris has nearly 20 years of experience in client facing information technology, software development, technical solutions consulting, information management, and product development. Previously to this role at Altigen, Chris served as Vice President, Technical Services at ZAACT Consulting. He earned his Master of Science, Geographic Information Science and Technology from the University of Southern California.
Vice President of Sales
Mike is responsible for all direct and channel sales activities worldwide. He has been instrumental in developing Altigen’s sales initiatives including mid-market and enterprise accounts. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Iowa State University.
Vice President of Sales Services
Darin is responsible for Altigen's Consulting Services Sales activities and has nearly 30 years of management experience. Darin earned a B.S. from The University of Utah and previously served as Vice President of Sales for ZAACT Consulting.
Vice President for EMEA
Having a strong technical background, Paul is responsible for driving Altigen’s portfolio across EMEA. Paul earned a BA (honors degree) in Multimedia Computing and holds several Microsoft Certifications including MCP, MCSE, and MCSE + I.
