Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing specialist to manage Altigen’s customer and partner outbound marketing initiatives.  This individual will develop and implement marketing programs to drive market awareness for Altigen solutions and support sales customer acquisition and partner recruitment efforts.  This position is required to work at AltiGen’s San Jose, CA office.


  • Create marketing collateral (solutions brochures, presentations, case studies, eDM etc…)
  • Manage and maintain Altigen Websites
  • Coordinate and/or manage internet-based marketing communications projects, including but not limited to the following:– Company website content
    – Email-based lead generation/marketing campaign
    – Creation of specialized web landing pages and content
    – Web advertising (e.g. Google Adwords)
    – Web analytics programs
    – Social media (Facebook, Twitter)
  • Write/Issue press releases
  • Develop and maintain partner marketing portal
  • Create partner marketing tools
  • Manage Media/Industry analysts

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or similar degree and 3 – 4 years’ of experience in a Marketing or MarCom role
  • Experience in internet or digital marketing, including one or more of the following:– Email-based marketing for lead generation
    – Internet-based lead generation programs
    – Content Management Systems (CMS) for maintaining websites
    – Website marketing and management
    – Web analytics programs ( Google Analytics, etc), Search engine optimization, Pay-per-click advertising
    – Digital marketing automation programs (Eloqua, Genius, etc)
    – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs used for marketing purposes
  • Domain knowledge in VoIP, IP-PBX and Hosted PBX service a plus
  • Proficient in Adobe design software (Illustrator, In-design, Photoshop)
  • Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills
