Management Team

Jeremiah Fleming, Altigen’s Chief Executive Officer has been with Altigen since April 2007. Mr. Fleming has 25+ years of experience in the software and communications industries, primarily with smaller fast-growing companies, and has a strong background in sales, marketing and business development. Prior to joining Altigen, Mr. Fleming was at Interactive Intelligence, Inc. where he served in an executive management capacity for the past ten years, including international responsibilities, culminating in his role as president of the Vonexus subsidiary launched in 2004. Prior to that, Mr. Fleming spent five years at Software Artistry in various management positions, including Vice President, Domestic Sales, and 5 years at Computer Associates in various sales and sales management capacities. Mr. Fleming holds both B.A and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Missouri.

Mike Plumer is Altigen’s Vice President of Sales joined Altigen in 1996, serving in numerous positions of increasing management responsibility, ultimately being promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2000. In his role, Mr. Plumer is responsible for all direct and channel sales activities worldwide. Mr. Plumer has been instrumental in developing Altigen’s sales channel and in leading the company’s new direct sales initiative into mid-market and enterprise accounts. Prior to serving as VP of Sales, Mr. Plumer held the positions of Senior Director of National Sales and Eastern Regional Manager. Mr. Plumer holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Iowa State University.

Shirley Sun is the Vice President of Research and Development for Altigen. Prior to her role, Ms. Sun was the Director of IP Telephony for Altigen. She has also held a management position in software development for a remote server access product line at 3Com Corp. Before her role at 3Com, Ms. Sun was the cofounder and Engineering Manager for Centrum Communications, Inc. Ms. Sun was a key contributor to the design, architecture, and building of the remote access server product from the ground up. She has also held technical positions Novell and Vitalink Communications. Ms. Sun earned her MS in Computer Science from Utah State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from National Central University in Taiwan.

Paul Fullman is Altigen’s Vice President Skype for Business Solutions. He joined Altigen in 2011 to head up business operations in EMEA.  Having a strong technical background with a number of Microsoft Specialist Qualifications, Mr. Fullman is focused on driving Altigen’s Skype for Business portfolio across EMEA.  Prior to joining Altigen, Mr. Fullman held a number of director positions at Datasharp UK Ltd., and is also a former Lecturer at Plymouth University, teaching Computer Systems and Network Degree Level Courses.  Mr. Fullman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Computing and holds a number of Microsoft Certifications including MCP, MCSE, and MCSE + I.
