The AltiGen Alliance Partner program level is designed specifically for companies not wanting to make a significant up front investment. Alliance Partners are able to immediately focus on identifying opportunities within their customer bases. Solution delivery is accomplished by teaming with an AltiGen Certified Partner who will provide pre-sales support, solution implementation and post-sales technical support. The program provides an attractive margin opportunity with a minimal investment, and includes the following benefits:

Certified Partner


AltiGen Certified Partner status is achieved by acquiring the requisite sales and technical certifications. AltiGen Certified Partners provide comprehensive sales, deployment and post-sales technical support for the AltiGen solution. Certified Partners are directly managed by an AltiGen Channel Sales Manager to both coordinate and provide assistance in sales and marketing activities. In addition to the benefits listed in the Alliance Partner Program, Certified Partners also qualify for higher margin levels, and receive the following benefits:

System Integration Partner


AltiGen Systems Integration Partners represent the highest levels of technical competency and revenue contribution in the AltiGen Partner Program. By achieving designated revenue targets and technical certifications, SI Partners are eligible to earn the highest margin level. SI Partners can also participate in advanced training programs to become eligible for the National Account Deployment and Services program. In addition to the benefits available for Alliance and Certified Partners, SI Partners also receive the following elite partner benefits:
