Real Estate Companies Increase Productivity With AltiGen IP Phone Systems - SimplySold® and CPS Real Estate Increase Agent Productivity With AltiGen Phone Systems

FREMONT, Calif., Aug. 16 - AltiGen® Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATGN) a pioneering manufacturer of VoIP business phone systems and call center solutions is pleased to announce that two real estate customers, SimplySold® and CPS Real Estate (CPS) are achieving increased productivity and enhanced mobility for their real estate agents while reducing telecom expenses with AltiGen phone systems.

SimplySold® is a nationally franchised, full service real estate brokerage founded in 2003. With more than 75 real estate agents, SimplySold® was seeking a communications system that would be the key to more productive offices. Using AltiGen's phone system and Software Developer Kit, SimplySold® developed a proprietary application named HotLead(TM) to instantly send a text message to an agent's cell phone when a customer calls a 24-Hour Info Line regarding a property listing. The forwarded text message contains the caller's name, phone number, date and time of the call, whether or not the caller left a message, and the property listing address. These messages expedite agent's replies to customer inquiries and in turn helps capture more business.

With AltiGen's phone system, CPS now has a VoIP enabled, multi-site communications platform with self-administration features which significantly reduce their monthly phone administrative fees. Utilizing message notification, agents are now notified within minutes of receiving new messages, increasing agent productivity substantially.
