MaxMobile Application Overview

To provide the optimal user experience, MaxMobile applications natively run on each of the popular smartphone operating system platforms, including iOS, BlackBerry, Android and Windows Phone 7 (available in 2Q11). This approach enables MaxMobile to present the user with a UI consistent with their device while taking advantage of the APIs unique to each smartphone OS.

Upon secure login, MaxMobile registers with the service provider as the user's extension. Users will be directed to the MaxMobile Home Screen; from here the user is able to select the various UC apps including: Call Screen, Directory, Favorites, Call Log and Visual Voice Mail:

Call Screen provides all of the call controls, such as extension dialing, conference, transfer, and hold. From here users may also access the Company Directory and Favorites apps to facilitate communications with saved contacts.

Directory displays a list of the corporate extensions ("Extensions"), your mobile phone personal contacts ("Contacts"), or both ("All"). Each entry has two rows: the first displays the user name, and the second displays the phone number and Presence, which is updated in real time. Clicking on a highlighted entry will initiate an interaction with that individual, such as Call, Email, etc.

Favorites is a subset of the Directory, providing a simplified means of managing frequent contacts. Users are able to select both Extension users and personal contacts to create their Favorites list. Highlighting an entry will present the user with the same communications options as in the Directory.

Call Log is pulled directly from the call reporting records. Calls may be returned by clicking on an entry. Incoming calls are shown with a right arrow, the left arrow represents outbound calls, and missed calls are indicated by an exclamation point.

Visual Voice Mail displays all voice mails in the users' voice mail box. Users are able to Listen, Forward and Delete voice mails. Users also have the option to "click to call" any highlighted entry.
