Favorites/Presence MaxMobile allows users to select both Lync Extension users and personal contacts to create their Favorites list. Lync contacts will display real-time presence information. Click an entry to call via Lync, call via the smartphone, or send a message via IM. |

Directory MaxMobile displays a list of extensions from Active Directory as well as mobile phone personal contacts, and federated users added to your contact list. Clicking on a highlighted entry will initiate an interaction with that individual, such as Add to Favorites, Call, IM, Email, etc., based on the Lync settings. |
