MaxMobile Call Screen
 Enterprise Voice
MaxMobile provides all of the Lync Enterprise Voice call controls on PSTN; extension & external dialing, conference, transfer, and hold. From here users may also access the Lync Directory and Favorites screens to initiate communications with saved contacts.

Instant Messaging
MaxMobile provides instant messaging on the go -- even to federated Lync users outside of the organization. Users may initiate an IM session from the Directory or Favorites screens. Push Notifications alert users of new incoming messages.

 Favorites/Presence
MaxMobile allows users to select both Lync Extension users and personal contacts to create their Favorites list. Lync contacts will display real-time presence information. Click an entry to call via Lync, call via the smartphone, or send a message via IM.

Call Log
MaxMobile provides a call log, which is pulled directly from the Lync call reporting records. The call log shows all calls, whether the call was made using MaxMobile, Office Communicator or a USB Lync phone. Calls may be returned by clicking on an entry. Incoming calls are shown with a right arrow, the left arrow represents outbound calls, and missed calls are indicated by an exclamation point.

 Directory
MaxMobile displays a list of extensions from Active Directory as well as mobile phone personal contacts, and federated users added to your contact list. Clicking on a highlighted entry will initiate an interaction with that individual, such as Add to Favorites, Call, IM, Email, etc., based on the Lync settings.

Visual Voicemail
MaxMobile displays Exchange 2010 voicemail messages. Users are able to listen, forward and delete voicemails. Users may also to “click to call” any highlighted entry.

In addition to enabling Lync Enterprise Voice on the smart device, the MaxMobile Server also extends to the mobile device the Lync Directory, Instant Messaging, Contacts, Presence, Call Log and Visual Voicemail capabilities.
