Senior Sustaining Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
Being an essential
part of the Engineering organization responsible for rapid response and turn
around of field reported issues. Debug and correct software defects for IP PBX
and Call Center products and develop troubleshooting tools. Work closely with
Technical Support team and interact with AltiGen’s authorized partners and
customers in as needed basis.
QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated ability in
software sustaining, preferably within a start up operation.

Hands on experience with
product test, debugging and software fix implementation.

Experience with IP data
networking, PBX or call center products.
-
At least 5 years experience in
C++ and Windows based product development and debugging.

Experience in Windows GUI and
application development.
-
Prior experience with JAVA is
a plus.

Someone with an inherent
desire to grow and impact product success.

Self starter with strong
technical skills who will take responsibility and do what it takes to get
the job done.

A team player who can share
with and learn from others, but at the same time be able to work very
independently.

Good inter-personal, oral and
written communications skills.

BS in Computer Science or
Electrical Engineering or equivalent. MS preferred.
