Computer Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILTIES:

Analyze call center’s telephony data processing needs, including voice over internet protocol, interactive voice recognition, and call center agent, client, and soft-switch applications, to design and optimize call center’s data processing applications. Develop functional specifications and design specifications, and coordinate with computer programs in the development and improvement of system applications.

Require: Master’s degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with background in call center agent and client applications, soft-switch, voice over internet protocol and interactive voice recognition.
