Job Description:
AltiGen Communications is seeking a skilled individual to provide administrative support to the sales team. This position is primarily responsible for complete administration of the sales order processes for the Company, in support of the direct, channel and service provider sales teams. Success in this position depends upon superior organizational skills, time management and attention to detail as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate for this position is a career minded professional who is both proactive and able to complete tasks on time. The ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers and partners is also important.
Major Responsibilities:
- Process AltiGen orders received by AltiGen
- Facilitate orders placed via distribution
- Update and maintain product delivery/shipment and schedules
- Coordinate shipments to/from customers
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports
- Interact with customers and partners as needed to resolve any order related issues
- Maintain partner and customer agreements
- Communicate and coordinate with sales and finance teams
- Maintain all product pricing

- Demonstrates effective communication skills with customers and internal colleagues

- Familiar with business software applications including Word, Exchange and Excel
- Education and Employment History:
- BS/BA in Business Administration or related major
- Minimum 3 years business experience
- Experience in sales administration is a plus
