- We provide quality training. Partners send technical staff to our corporate office
in Fremont, CA to receive advanced hands on training.
- We provide regular sales and product training in the field to help keep your staff
current on what's working.
- We work directly with you to build a successful ongoing AltiGen business plan.
- We provide a high quality, innovative solution. AltiGen has a time tested, feature
rich product. More than 17,000 systems have been installed to date.

What are we looking for in an Authorized AltiGen Partner?
As the manufacturer, our customers are both our Authorized Partners and the
companies who rely on our product every day.
We are looking for partners that are ethical, enthusiastic and have a philosophy
of building long-term customer relationships.
Steps to becoming an Authorized Partner:
1. Please give us a call at 888 258-4436, option 2 . You will speak with a regional account manager for your area. We will want to understand more about your company and can also answer any questions about AltiGen.
2. If appropriate, the Regional Sales Manager for your area will contact you for a live conversation. They will speak with you about new partnership availability and the attributes they are looking for.
3. Schedule a meeting at your offices . As this is a strategic decision for both of our companies, we will want to see your facilities, meet your team and discuss the mutual business opportunity.
4. If both parties agree to proceed, the final steps to authorization are:
- Complete Authorized Partner Profile (2005 AltiGen Business Partner Profile)
- Purchase appropriate Not for Resale demo equipment .
- At least one technician successfully completing AltiGen's technical training
program held at corporate facilities in Fremont, CA.
- Completion of AltiGen sales and product training held regionally.
