Gilbert Hu - Mr. Hu is Chairman of the Board of AltiGen Communications, Inc., since May 1994. He founded AltiGen Communications, Inc. in May 1994. From May 1994 until September 2010, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Since October 2010, Mr. Hu has served as President of Asia Pacific of AltiGen. Prior to AltiGen, Mr. Hu was founder, President and CEO of Centrum Communications, a pioneer in the remote networking industry, which was acquired by 3Com Corporation in early 1994. Mr. Hu has also served in technical and managerial roles at Vitalink Corporation, Convergent Technologies, and Luxcom. Mr. Hu earned an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan.

Jeremiah Fleming - Mr. Fleming is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of AltiGen Communications, Inc. Mr. Fleming has been a member of the Board of Directors of AltiGen since July 2007. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer since joining the company in April 2007 until September 2010 at which time he was named President & CEO. From 1997 to 2007, Mr. Fleming served as a member of the executive management team of Interactive Intelligence, Inc. Previously, he spent five years at Software Artistry Inc., from 1992 to 1997, in various management positions. Mr. Fleming holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri.

Mike M. Y. Tsai - Mr. Tsai is Independent Director of AltiGen Communications Inc., since July 2004. Since September 2005, Mr. Tsai has served as the Chairman and CEO of UpperVision, Inc., a pioneer in enterprise security policy management. Since August 1995, Mr. Tsai has also served as the Chairman of Salutron, Inc., a consumer electronics company. From February 2004 to July 2004, Mr. Tsai served as the General Manager and Executive Vice President of Verisity, Ltd, an electronics design automation company. From January 1997 to February 2004, Mr. Tsai served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Axis Systems, Inc., an electronics design automation company. Mr. Tsai is also an active investor in emerging growth companies. Mr. Tsai received a Ph.D. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Electrical Engineering in 1978.

Alan Howe - Mr. Howe is currently Managing Partner of Broadband Initiatives, LLC, a small boutique corporate advisory firm that he manages. Mr. Howe has almost 30 years of extensive hands-on operational expertise combined with corporate finance, business development and corporate governance experience. Mr. Howe has a broad business background and has been exposed to a wide variety of complex business situations within large corporations, financial institutions, start-ups, small-caps and turnarounds. His specialty is in providing board leadership working with small-cap and micro-cap companies (both public and private) particularly in turnaround situations. Mr. Howe is currently serving as Interim CEO of Sunrise Telecom and also serves as Chairman of the Board of Selectica (Nasdaq: SLTC) and is on the board of Data I/O (Nasdaq: DAIO) and several private boards in a variety of industries including enterprise software, wireless, and IT services. Mr. Howe also previously served as Chairman of Ditech Networks (Nasdaq: DITC) that was successfully sold to Nuance Communications (Nasdaq: NUAN). Previously, Mr. Howe served as Vice President of Strategic and Wireless Business Development for Covad Communications, Inc., a $500 mm national broadband telecommunications company. He was responsible for shaping and implementing Covad's next generation technology alternatives to enhance shareholder value including wireless broadband, IPTV, and targeted advertising. Before Covad, Mr. Howe was CFO and VP of Corporate Development of Teletrac, Inc. for six years until the company was sold. Mr. Howe joined Teletrac from Sprint, where he was Director of Corporate Development and one of the initial team members that helped start Sprint PCS. Mr. Howe holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from the Indiana University Kelley Graduate School of Business with a specialty in finance.

Michael Brodsky - Mr. Brodsky brings nearly 20 years of experience as an investor, manager and attorney with experience in software, e-commerce, and online media. Mr. Brodsky is a partner at Spring Valley Partners, a business consultancy. Mr. Brodsky is also currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Genesis Land Development Corporation, a leading developer of residential real estate located principally in Canada's Alberta Province. He is also presently on the Board of Directors of Selectica, Inc. a leader in configuration and contract management software. Mr. Brodsky served as the Executive Chairman of Youbet.com, Inc., the leading publicly traded online domestic gaming company in the United States. At the time of the completion of the sale of Youbet.com to Churchill Downs Inc., Mr. Brodsky was elected to the Board of Directors of Churchill Downs. Prior to serving as Youbet's Executive Chairman, Mr. Brodsky served as the company's President and CEO. Prior to joining Youbet, Mr. Brodsky was the Managing Partner at New World Opportunity Partners, the public investment arm of the Chicago-based Pritzker family, investing in publicly traded e-commerce and software companies. Prior to that, Mr. Brodsky served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Away Network, an online travel media company that owned and managed the sites, Away.com, OutsideOnline.com, GORP.com and AdventurousTraveler.com. At the time of the acquisition the Away Network by Orbitz.com and Cendant Corporation Mr. Brodsky became Vice President of Finance in Cendant's Travel Services Division. Mr. Brodsky holds a B.A. from Syracuse University, a J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Michael Robbins - Mr. Robbins has over 23 years of experience as a leader and executive with various publicly-traded and privately-held enterprise software and technology companies. Currently, he is Executive Vice President Sales, Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of Cogniti. Cogniti is a SaaS-based enterprise performance management company delivering solutions to the global market. Prior to Cogniti, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Forensic ID, the leader in “touch” DNA recovery devices and DNA profile database technology. He previously was Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mezzia, a leading provider of enterprise capital planning software for the healthcare market. Mr. Robbins also held positions as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations for Corepoint Technology/an IBM company, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software provider and Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations for Software Artistry, a publicly-traded software company in the Help Desk Automation market.
